Agree Bob,,,,,since this being a mugs game ...who do we follow?. Some of us dont have the time to strip the form and ( unfortunately) have to rely on tipsters and between u and me racing has gone from easy to tactical. My take is that we need young blood......blood that can take us from strength to strength...and not someone who has been and seen the dark side of our past time.

There are excellent guys on this site as well - and it is a hard game as Bob says - and also very difficult to come up with a competition concept that is fair to all - it is not only about strike rates, but profits, so to balance the two not easy imo

Frodo....i have been on this site since'(viewing) "i think 2006" u have made the most sense of what ever card that was thrown at us....not always have i taken your comments seriously ( to my demise )...so my take is that tellytrack employ some of our talents on this site on a temp basis just to give the public one, two or maybe three takes of what i think is a tough , tough mugs game....... My Late dad (84) could predict the July winner months before..lol.......wow how have things have changed because of technology .

......always said that if one had to rely on tipsters to be in this game ....then one is in it for all the wrong reasons....however one has to start somewhere and Dom is not the worst.....Frodo a seasoned punter(remember seeing him at Newmarket when I was in my early 20s) has a fair grasp on what is happening and is by far a better handicap assessor than most.....the problem I see is that TT presenters really sound convincing and knowledgeable yet they are really not that good at all.....and following any of them will lead to the poor house.....although I now use my own knowledge from being in the game all my adult life I too cannot live off this game .....it is a money consuming hobby..... sure I have had many big wins......but many many more losses.... and thankfully not a big player as I would also have landed in serious sh1t.....:oops:
