fancied Rose In Bloom in Majorca and ran a good race
should run well today and could pay to also include Attenborough in Khaya

Warm sunny day, gentle headwind, track will be fast.
Race 1:River Rhone has the best form and a good rider- 28/10 seems generous. Spirit Festival, Super Lady and Philomena have money chances. Unraced runner does not have to be great to win.
Race 2: Vandah’s Spirit is decent but has to give weight to Sweet Karma, so not much between these two. Unraced runners make this tricky.
Race 3: The raced runners have moderate form,- Midwinter the best of them. The money has come for Captain of Stealth, and it seems likely that one of the first timers will win this.
Race 4: Hemero is well in at the weights, although returning from a three month break. She tends to run well fresh, and is the one to beat. Perfectproportions has been below best her last few, but is well in if regaining form. We have Twin Falls running here. A bit harshly treated by the handicapper, and poor draw going this trip for the first time. She should get the trip, and has a money chance.
Race 5: Although under sufferance on his official MR, Cedar Man is better than rated, and is an improving young stayer. If he gets the trip, he is my selection to win. Jailhouse Rock and Ballad of the Sea are the main dangers.
Race 6: Brave Move is well in at the weights here and gets a top jockey. Her last two have been a bit below earlier form but still the one to beat. Silva’s Bullet is still on the upgrade and should go very close. Open race and many with chances, although Milton should ensure a true run race.
Race 7: Rose in Bloom looks cherry ripe for this race and is first choice. Goodtime Gal is likely to go to stud soon, but this is her best trip and she is very game. Love to Boogie has a wide draw but is capable if she has some luck in the running. Platinum Class is still improving and can’t be ignored. Sugar Girl is lightly raced and could surprise. Too Phat to Fly has pole position and is another that could surprise if regaining her best form.
Race 8: Kasimir has been in top form this summer, and won the Cape Flying very well. He is a worthy favourite. Bold Respect should prefer this trip and will go close. Chimichuri Run reverts to sprinting and still has plenty of scope for improvement. There are quite a few class sorts that could pop up if regaining top form.
Race 9: There is very little between Destin, Retro Effect and Magic Mountain, while Maurading has scope for improvement.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
