....saw one of the track staff move up onto the track 200m away.....he is going to get a goose dinner....where as these ground staff should also be on hand to ensure that the track s are clear of such obstacles.....had that goose got up into flight earlier.... could have hit a jock or horse in the face....:huh:

It's the whole reason why we have the 'Cape Crawl'; so the ducks can get off the track.

......never thought of that.....those birds were not warned that Gauteng jocks and horses were in the race to makes sure there was a pace......:lol:

After getting kicked and tumbled the one goose walked away underneath the rails. Dont know if he could still fly tho'.

......at Toowoomba this morning a race is delayed as there is a wallaby(smaller than a kangaroo) on the track.....the joke is that the officials all dressed in suits have cornered it .... but no one has the keys to open the gates to let it off the track......:lol:
