Telebet issue

Does anyone know how to resolve my issue below?

I transferred funds through my telebet account (online banking) and it's missing. I attempted to call the telebet banking line which just rings. I have on and off called many times over the last few months and the line is NEVER answered. I sent 3 emails via the online telebet form, which has also never been answered (for may years). I also eventually called and was transferred to 2 ladies via the telebet line, who promised to call me back, however did not. This method of ' no response' is really unprofessional and infuriating to say the least. AND I have all the proof..

Any suggestions?

Sometimes a R5 goes missing from my airtime... And I lose my mind phoning the network :blink: I'll even hold on for 5 hours if I have to!!!! I once dialed a place so many times that on my last dial it said the number doesn't exist (think they blocked me)..:woohoo: but you left cash for months and years with unanswered phone calls

......totally believable.....you have to hound the hell out of them....then if all else fails.....post on a site that gets an occasional look in by some one that can actually see that problems like these in the public domain can actually f@ck up your business.....:whistle:
