Suely the principal of any tote is to get as many winners as possible take your percentage and pay out ASAP and encourage more turnover?

......that would be a sound business principal.....however with the operator even pure logic is very difficult to fathom......stopped playing soccer bets there...... as the payouts were very slow in finding the way back into my account...have improved some what...but now the continuous over promotion of soccer bets is tediously boring and a major turn off.....rather take up DIY dentistry....it seems a lot less painful.....:lol:

Why this becomes a mystery i have no idea but the payout was R1800 for the pick 6 local but where does one view this via tote operator?

Guys who ever views this tote/bookies surely the punters deserve some transparency considered the hype of the bonanza bet.

.....even ZAR1800 is also far too low a payout considering that they were talking that the pool was ZAR24BAR or USD1.6M.....do you think that the Yanks got paid a measly USD120 for their payout
.....sum ting wong.....sure that this is not the consolation payout for 5 legs....:huh:

....and to rub the salt into the dumb tote punter what of this non co mingled PA pool....

Place Accumulator 10-16
1st : 1,6,8
2nd : 3,6,9
3rd : 1,5,9
4th : 7,10,12
5th : 7,9,11
Net Pool = R 14500.57
Tickets = 0
Dividend = R 0.00

the bet still has 2 more legs but no tickets.....how can that be....the P6 was not the bet to get some big money on this was the bet with the pool scooping perm....or is this just another blooper....:oops:

.....Dave by calculation....your perm would have cost according to the exchange rate .....ZAR27K just to get it on....we were betting at ZAR15or16/USD because of co=mingling.....I see Tabonline have this morning only added results of race 12 already but no race 11 and thus still no P6 nor PA dividends.....:huh:

Dave Scott wrote: Hi guys an exotic question?
Re: pick 6 co mingle
Do we punt in rands or is it converted to dollars?

Eg lets say in the States the pick 6 has 100 winners of $10000 and you have a winning co mingled ticket do you get $10000 at the exchange rate in rands
Or is the payout just based on our local tote /open bet where we use the kitty split by the winning tickets?

It might be a silly question but i dont follow the hype about us buying into this massive $ kitty

Good punting

This was my post before placing a bet, was hoping for a reply and now my "silly" question would appear justified ?

My bet was an R1800 perm in SA and it was more than doubled so it would mean the local payout would have been over R3600
R1800 stake and R1800 profit but just wanted to confirm the tote dividend as i am not sure how the local bookies know dividends before the tote displays them .

.....no Dave a 1800 X ZAR16 (found the bumped up rate)=ZAR28 800 to take your perm as no fractional betting was available.....the other gripe is while the exchange rate was tamely below ZAR15 our operator adds an extra 1ZAR as a buffer.....so with every bet of R32 they automatically put a ZAR2 in their coffers and then the 20odd% take out.....:S

.....the only betting bonanza is for the operator.....the tote oke gets screwed big time.....:blush:
