Not the worst card imo - quite a few races where the outcome seems to lie between a few ... thoughts
R1: Fly Thought the obvious one, but I think Daring Damsel will make her run
R2: Another favorite that seems hard to beat in the form of La Bahia; Prix Eclipse the only real danger imo
R3: Not a lot between Rosario and Sea Venture - for me SV might have the edge over R over this 1400 - as per the betting the only other runner in the race seems to be What a Thrill who should improve plenty over the longer trip
R4: Indy Ice a winner already (lost the race in the boardroom last time) but the way he was hanging last time is a worry and the trip could be a question mark as well; for me I think Festive Linngari is best over this distance and imo a lot of value at 20/1; Winter Crusade should also improve this trip; Black Sail is also trying the trip and a bit of an unknown quantity imo; only other with a chance imo is Aeronautical, who also tries the trip - so the only one who definitely will see out the 2000 is Festive Linngari
R5: Another short priced favorite who seems hard to beat in the form of Noble Princess; she holds main danger Pachanga on a line through Walnut Dash and most of the rest have had their chances; Ezieza comes from a red-hot stable and could be considered as upset potential with the lightly raced Magic's First
R6: Scratchings have decimated the field; Like A Panther stands out on class - said to be needing the run, but really has to have spent the last few months in his box to get beat; stable companions Wheel of Time and the disappointing Big Parade have fitness on their side and along with Gift for the Gap could pick up the pieces should LaP somehow fail to finish
R7: Interesting Assessment Plate where San Fermin stands out at the weights; on that alone she must be considered, but imo there is a few here that could be better than rated; In the Dance comes out of a strong looking maiden win, while River Rafting and Cloud Break ran well in feature races last season; Ouro another to be considered along with the runaway maiden winner Explosive Kiss
R8: Getting more competitive as we move along; quite a few of these look to have chances; Trip to Ibiza deserving favorite but beatable imo; I Aint Trippin hampered by a slipped saddle last time and could be the main danger, with stable companion Ensemble, and Kissmeinmydreams the others to consider
R9: Not a lot between Seventh Rule and Pius Oil and those two look the main ones here; Certifiable, Prince Jordan and Master Boulder others with chances; Greto looks well in but probably better over further
Enjoy

Yes if it is not the condition of the track, it is the lightening.
Why did they close Gosforth Park and we stuck with shitty VAAL!

I wasn't a fan of Carlos Herrera Gomez when I first saw him ride as I thought he was a bit unbalanced, but he has definitely proved me wrong and it seems the horses enjoy his style of riding and most run for him.
