Hidden Fortune, the Triple Crown winner, won 4 in a row.

I remember witnessing him thrash his opposition in his maiden win at Gosforth Park. All Johnny G had to do was point him in the right direction!

Not yet 18, i stood at the 300m pole on the in-field and watched him come past already lengths ahead..

Mr Maree deserves the best.An unselfish gentleman who has done a lot for the grooms as jockeys.Good luck and may there be many more !!!!!!!

James Maree a top top rider in his day.Has done an amazing job with the workriders.
If one looks at the wastage in apprentices from the Academy I wonder why they don't get him to do a spell down in KZN.They turn out very ordinary riders and Maree would make a huge improvment to the quality.
