....why not....hint hint.. ...this concept if managed and marketed successfully could be revolutionary....imagine seeing a horse that has unexposed potential.....and the ability of buying shares in it....and when it starts performing you cash out and get in to the next one....or you got a dog....you punted a poor show....get out and put it down to just another bad day at the track.... :oops:

....OK got most of it....but will it work....yes...but will take time for it to get traction and develop here....because of the key cornerstone which is.... integrity ....something that many people both inside and outside the game find seriously lacking and it prevents new comers from wanting to enter the game....this system is not for those who want to pull a fast one and unload unwanted unsound unmarketable bloodstock on.....this system is going to suit the genuine open and transparent horsemen/women to grow their own brand and market themselves to like minded people wanting to participate in ownership....judging from some of the questions asked it was clear that some still have in their mind that they can get the jump on the other share holders and bail if things go south....not the scheme for those to offer a dodgy deal on.... they will be found out and be discredited...the idea is to have as much information/data ...good and not so good on the product and market it with a back story....why you bought it....your experience with related family what makes it appealing....pretty much what I have done with a potential pick at the sales(see thread)....tell it like it is and display your passion....this EuquineHub platform will allow trainers breeders horsemen/women buyers sellers to build into syndication and ownership models a form of security to allow them to expand....the idea is to get smaller share holders a taste of having a piece of the experience and grow them into bigger participation....sour the experience by pulling a fast one and then the integrity is out the window...you then will have fewer in further participation..... :whistle:

.....I believe that a better way to get owner participation is to offer an all inclusive rate to include training fees over a fixed period....in this way one has a complete product with no further costs
....those opting to sell product and have training fees charged pro rata to the shares may have a potential defaulter sooner than an upfront payment....in this scheme any defaulter after a short period of grace will be forced to either sell the shares to recoup the outstanding or forfeit shares and expelled from the scheme....this is the payment security.....the value of the horse share is determined by the willing buyer willing seller principle....you think your share is worth X because the horse is an ATM or has bigger future earning potential....you then offer share/s on the trading portal..... price too high no one buy....horse too slow...a no go....if this scheme does not work here it will only be for the lack of integrity....so keep the soupmeat away.... and put your better judgement on display..... :blush:

Question, how does this system circumvent the necessary authority to act documents and necessary NHA paperwork? If it's being made to sound like you could trade 'stock' that easily how are they going to ensure that all complies when it comes to the regulator?
