Phumelela "Restructure"

Phumelela has issued a statement that it has engaged in initial discussions with horseracing stakeholders, breeders and the Trust in respect of the administration of horseracing and tote betting in South Africa, which could result in the "restructure" of the ownership of the administration of horseracing and tote betting in South Africa.
It appears another sell-out is on the cards.

I see this topic is under discussion under "RIP Racing Trust".
Unless these assets strippers are bought to book, it might as well read,
"RIP SA Horseracing".

Does anyone know if there is any difference between P and the ANC ? :( Behaviour almost exactly the same...disregard for constituents / stakeholders, incompetence, jobs for pals, dishonesty, milking institutions to the bone and then pleading poverty...list too long to continue...

......and now what....3 months ago Phumelala were announcing a possible change or restructure of their operations.....has the resignation of Du Plessis bought them more time as 3 moNths is up and still NADA.....or is an announcement going to be forth coming to coincide with the release of the financials early October....many were expecting Phum to walk away from the local operational assets namely racing facilities.....yet the big hoo hah they have made at the Vaal seems to indicate they may still be intent on managing the assets.....so what can we expect, if anything.....as one poster at SP has recently posted ....The more things change....the more things stay the same....
