Top value bet for the day - Laser Fan Race 8 @ 20/1. Working well, coming back to her best distance & based on her merit rating should have the beating of the odds on favourite Smart Banker by 3 1/2 kgs & 2nd favourite Winter Serenade by about 8 kgs. Either the handicappers or the bookmakers have got the race all wrong.
PS You can ignore her run in Jhb where she choked up, in the Fillies Guineas in KZn where she was in season & her last run was patently too short. Muzi also gets on well with her.

Race 8, Jagged Ice the class horse and if his mind is on the job, should win.
Race 9, Fav looks hard to beat.
