It's rained all day in Pmb. Not surprising it's called off.
Also hearing roadworks at Hammersdale interchange. Installing steel beams across the newly built bridge

On the contrary it actually rained VERY heavily this morning between 6 and 8 am.
The writing was on the wall even at that point.
My mates told me that Durban had some drizzle

If they race, Kotzen is very bullish in the 2nd. They have huge doubles standing with Coral bay.
They still have to beat Wildly In Love

Tomorrows Scottsville meeting is postponed to Wednesday, Scottsville. Wednesdays Poly meeting is postponed to Poly on Friday night.
They had only 10mm rain so far, but more forecast. The main problem is the closure of the N3 at Hammersdale. Some people took 2 hours to get through the alternate route today. Trucks stay on N3, but are let through a few at a time, at various intervals.
Horses from Summerveld have to get through this. No guarantee trucks will get back through for next load in time.
