There is a bet called Matchflow. It gives you the choice for Team A or B to concede first and then draw or win. It also has the no goal option.

Lionel - Probably the most important statement in my initial post was :

'The premiership, in particular, is notorious for dramatic late changes so assume nothing.'

You will quickly adapt your 'play style' to suit your risk appetite & capacity to absorb shocks! But sport can provide at least as many 'seat of pants' moments as any 'short head finishes'. And somehow you almost always feel more in control of your fate than with racing.

I find the hardest part is adjusting my position as the match progresses when it seems that I will be throwing money away on an unlikely outcome.

Layers make absolute fortunes accomodating punters taking short prices on, for example, a team leading by a single goal with 10 minutes to play.

You know how that often turns out! (The Liverpool/Tottenham clash was just one example of many).

All betting strategies have room for improvement, and I will certainly be playing around with this one going forward.
