Round Tripping in the Cape Breeding industry?

This is a relatively new word for me.
The accounting slang term "round tripping" refers to a series of transactions between companies that bolster the revenue of the companies involved but that, in the end, don't provide real economic benefit to either company. While not necessarily illegal, round tripping is at best disingenuous. It's important for a scrupulous businessperson to be able to recognize when a transaction may amount to round tripping -- and, just as important, to know when a transaction that may look like round tripping is in fact legitimate.
The reason i ask is the amazing prices paid for horses on WC sales vs. remainder of the country.
also the limited amount of Breeders that participate in WC sales. This with the limited amount of actual buyers all being interlinked to one or other Farm.
Just curious what others think

I got done for a similar thing in the early 90's "Kite Flying" as its known is when you keep cheques flowing back and forth between companies. Its not only frowned upon but when the banks catch you then accounts are shut.
This was done to "create " a positive balance on a account that was clearly in the red. Helps out when you expecting a payment in 7 days time but need to create a balance before.
I have NO DOUBT that many round trips were taken. No doubt at all.

With Bitcoin, etc you get what you see. Forget about stocks - too much fudging.

The CTS sales roll is a reminder about "round tripping" if there ever has been one.
New season Klawervlei stallions "bought" by the Jooste arse licking trainer brigade and emerge as Mayfair Speculators runners. The following week the dreck are proclaimed as the next best thing R xxxx averages, top selling freshmen sires blah blah blah.
There have been real dogs
Requiem
Oracy
Rebel King
Warm White Night
Martinelli
and many more, all artificially boosted
