1st Baby race

I notice that the 1st baby race of the year has 13 entries. I just so happens to be in KZN the home of the barrier trial belief system.

100% of the trainers followed Laff with this decision but even though they have had opportunities to run them in barrier trails because its not mandatory they have not.

What happened to "we doing it for the public"

1 trainer (lezeanne) has trailed her horse.

I have interest in the
Noble Tune babies and would have to say well done to WSB on their pricing up policy

They put the Scottsville betting up on i think wed for sunday racing including the unraced baby race

Not sure if they are correct or not and i have no intention of having a punt, just thought it was rather impressive pricing up early and just as a matter of interest the horse they priced up 12/10 has gone money on.

I should probably know the answer but have been a bit out of touch lately

Paul laff had the initiative on asking trainers re; first timers and sure it was published in SP
Does this still happen?

Dave yet it seems to work during the week but Sundays , not sure if anyone is working. Normally Gold Circle send out an email to SP and they post it .

Had a look nothing up on their side yet . All the best with Noble Tune , he is one hell of a good looking sire , with a record to boot.
