Talking about "nut cases:, any one remember a grey sprinter called Alarm Call,( think it was trained by the late Buddy M),he would be leading and then just before the line would drift across to try and bite the horse next to him.

Very much so

. He was owned by mates Tony, Richard and Kenny. His savaging cost him the Computaform Sprint one Saturday night at Newmarket. The last I heard was that Alarm Call became a "pet" of Claudia, the late Buddy's lady.

I think he was also about to savage National Flame in this pic from Sporting Post.
