Kempton,two races with 2 horses

If your horse doesn't finish the race,even if there are only 2 horses in the race,it doesn't qualify for the PA.So if both the horses carded don't finish does it mean there will be a PA carryover?This is jumps racing so there is a possibility this could happen.

as far as i know if one falls and the other completes only that horse qualifies for pa.. if they both fall it becomes a void race and they both qualify..

Stand to be corrected, but in the event of a one horse race, doesnt the runner need to complete the race in a certain time?

not as far as i know.. but i could be wrong.... u sure if one gets scratched the race doesnt just get cancelled?

while we talking about kempton, one of my absolute favourite hurdlers running in next race.... whisper.....won the 2014 coral cup at cheltenham, beating get me out of here.. was de boinville vs mccoy... if anyone rememebers that race.... :)

65. Walk overs
65.1 A race shall be regarded as a walk over if, following the verification of Declaration Sheets in accordance with Rule 23
65.1.2 only one horse has been declared a runner, or
65.1.3 two horses were declared but one is withdrawn before the start.
65.2 The horse is not required to walk over the entire course but it shall be regarded as the winner only if it is ridden past the Judge's box.
