Fairview change of venue - Hollywood

I see that Hollywood have refunded the multiples I played this morning. APparently, they do not refund the exotic bets played before the change. Is this correct?

If its changed to a different track or different surface bookies refund and price up again accordingly

I called and was told that exotic bets are not refunded.

Slightly confused by the rules on the site below.

For open and exotic bets, all bets stand and are valid regardless of the change in venue or racing surface and will be subject to the result achieved at the revised venue/racing surface.
In the event of a venue or racing surface change, open bets may be cancelled prior to the running of the race (or the first leg of an exotic).

I called Hollywood to cancel my PA due to many of horses being scratched and a Manager told me that I cannot cancel my bet. This is total bullshit

Please can I ask that my pa for Fairview be cancelled.

That does not sound right Tote bets can be cancelled any time before the race.

I went on to Interbet - All Betting on Exchange Suspended - Does anyone know what is going on ?

Once again Put your money in your pocket and go watch a Movie rather. Casino's are Open to.
