First Horse i backed

First horse i backed- procurer.
A few i fancied everytime they ran.

Bella jet esp at vaal sand
Igugu all time fAv
Run for it!!! Faaaark me this horse whenever it ran i backed it.missed a 60k bet once when it ran 2nd in the july.
Horse called polo also at vaal.

Can't remember the first horse..........

When I was a student, I backed HOT TO SPOT (Tanse Leisher) "stukkend" from Bloemfontein to the Vaal! Bliksem! Those were the days.............

my first winning bet was actually a quartet I took for R6.40.......collected almost R500.......and that was a lot back then. that bet was taken at the lovely Milnerton racecourse

A wonderful chestnut filly called Pan Zareta at the Fair Grounds track in New Orleans back in 1914.

I like all of us have been reincarnated many times over, but thats for another day.

must of been in primary school and would look at dads photoform collection and would block off the last two pics and guess the winner.i loved that

mine was the Duff's I think...trying to pre-empt the finish from the first two pics...800m and 400m...
