NEW ZEALAND - TURFONTEIN

Perhaps those who know better could comment:
This horse debuted in an 1160 race, and was well supported as a first timer at that trip - not unexpected from a traditionally sprinting sire. Now 1/1 trying 1600m ---- i haven't seen many of these performing very well over 1400m , although there have been the exceptions like Deo Juvente. Perhaps something on the dams side? Any comments....

....no reason for this not to be effective over the mile as Trippi has many more than Deo Juvente that were effective over the trip.....half sibling to this filly Tick Tock by Captain Al has 2 wins over the trip....
Trippi has sired some out and out top sprinters and is essentially a speed sire however in the USA he has progeny that won Gr1 G2 over 1700 and 1800m.....I am surprised as while doing this checking I see that Trippi is up for sale to the international market... ....but I digress.....I would not be taking these early restrictive odds as I see a possible spoiler also untried at this trip but may be better suited.....

....thanx....you okes have all this at your finger tips and yet you are bitching about lack of info..
..however I prefer to do the ped and form research in a more detailed study.....need to see the ped picture in colour and find the nicks and patterns and at the same time exercise the brain....and make mental notes while doing so....
