On a previous thread...

Lacck of consistency by the NHA, Callan Murray did almost the same thing yesterday in Kenilworth race 4 no 5 (Made to conquer). I rewinded this race so many times and could not believe the kak ride he gave this horse. never mind the bad draw he just sat stone last throughout the race, did not even try to place the horse and while turning for home he moved only once or twice. To me that ride is very suspicious. ..

The same horse that got beaten 10.55 lengths on its last run won so easily today. No protection for the punter period

His was also called in for another ride earlier in the week on a De Kock horse - I think that if it was a workrider he would have got a sanction ... I personally think the ride was completely unprofessional and on such a short priced horse he should have been concentrating on winning first before looking over his shoulders thinking he was on Flaming Rock -

Mike de Kock said about Sir David Baird: “He’s a
horse that has to be scrubbed along to keep his
momentum so Callan’s looking around didn’t help.
He was over-confident, we shouldn’t have lost. He
came back pale as a ghost and I let him have it!
“He’s a young jockey though, this is how they learn
and if he doesn’t get time from the stipes, he will get
time from me.
Jockeys are paid to keep their heads
down and win, not for antics. Punters hate this. But
the sooner this happened for Callan, the better. It’s
out of the way now, he won’t do it again.

Taken from Turf Talk News!!!!

If Delpech was on would never ever have happened
