"Group" RESULTS - 'Evening' Monday 23 June Workings..

Evening,

This evening completed and went as follows..

The 1st runner we wanted 3.0 and with being around 3.2 on arrival and then a non runner and 4.1% reduction, we now wanted a lay price of 2.92. The price came down to us and beyond, so we had a lay at 2.92 max. The lay was nicely beaten and so a good result.......

The 2nd runner we wanted 2.7 and with being a very well supported 1.73 on arrival and getting shorter and shorter, we had a lay at 1.73 max. The lay was beaten after a battle, so gamble foiled and a good result.....

The 3rd runner we wanted 1.4 and with being around 1.52 on arrival and then dropping down to us and beyond under good support, we had a lay at 1.4 max. The lay went and won without much fuss, so fair play and the way it goes...

The 4th runner we wanted 2.32 and with being a well supported 2.2 on arrival, we had a lay at 2.2. The price then went for a walk out to our own price of 2.62 and beyond, so a chance for traders (builders finished) to have a 'free' lay before the race. The lay/trade was nicely beaten and so a good result..

The 5th runner we wanted 1.8 and with being around 2.36 on arrival and the race being over 25 minutes away and all strategy play completed earlier, so with just a tiny bit of trading left on offer I'm calling it a day here and chilling out for a bit. Good luck if you trade on guys..

WELL PLAYED..

'Rolling' strategy/target players (no 'free' lays for them) Won 1 target........They started their 1st strategy/target on the 1st runner and went and hit their targets on their 2nd lay (the 2nd runner) and with that leaving them with just 4 potential lays left, they end the session winning 1 target..

'Bank building' strategy/target players had their 1st lay (the 1st runner) at 2.92 max and a good result see them win a chunk of their targets.....They then had their 2nd lay (the 2nd runner) at 1.73 max and a good result see them hit their targets..

4 runner bank builder strategy/target players. £400 bank. Max 25% target £100

1st lay £100 to win as much of the £100 target @ 2.92. Result positive. Win £52

Total bank now £452

2nd lay £150 to win the remaining £48 @ 1.73 max. Result positive. Win £48

Total bank now £500

Overall result. Target hit.

'Traders' had to concede a little on the 3rd runner at 1.4 max, but all others up to now have seen them win a bit or break level, so they're winning a tiny bit going into the remainder and good luck...

So an evening that was worth waiting for and well played guys. Have a good (rest of) evening and speak in the morning...

Afternoon,

This evening's workings as follows..

6.40 Windsor. POLITEIA (3.2)

Our price 23/10 (3.3) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 3.0 or under we'll go in for a lay. *Please note that a 'little' more emphasis has had to go on the early markets for clues concerning this race*

6.50 Chepstow. MYTHICAL BLUE (2.5)

Our price 2/1 (3.0) and so a LAY is the call at current odds. We'd lay up to 2.7 or under. *Please note that more emphasis has had to go on the early markets for clues concerning this race*

7.20 Chepstow. MANY-RIVERS-TO-CROSS (1.49)

Our price 3/5 (1.6) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 1.4 or under we'll go in for a lay. *Traders be aware that he's shown he can race prominently in his race - Also please note that a 'little' more emphasis has gone on the early markets for clues*

7.40 Windsor. ONCE-UPON-A-TIME (2.1)

Our price 13/8 (2.625) and so a LAY is the call at current odds. We'd lay up to 2.32 or under.

8.10 Windsor. SLIP (2.04)

8.20 Chepstow. VICTORIA REEL (1.71)

Our price 4/6 (1.67) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 1.46 or under we'll go in for a lay. *Please note that a 'little' more emphasis has had to go on the early markets for clues, concerning this race*

All the races were priced up with non runners taken into account, up until 15.29pm.

That's our work for this evening then, and although it's looking tough and tricky with that unexposed nature leaving us vulnerable to big drifts and gambles, we do have enough about us to warrant going into battle, so with the discipline to the maximum and with taking advantage of any prices that come our way, we'll hope that value wins the session as it certainly does over a period of time. Good luck and speak soon...
