I am hearing that a group allegedly representing the interests of owners in a South African jurisdiction had proposed that box rentals in this region get raised, and raised significantly at that. The rationale behind this proposal is it will raise 20 to 25 million and roughly 80% would be used to increase members stakes....
Must be a load of bollocks as that would just be too stupid for words.
