What do Phumelela pay the Lotto for offering bets?

Phumelela have gone full tilt legally to get bookmakers to pay their dues as they believe they "own" the rights to races.
Bettingworld offer betting on the SA Lotto as well as every other country in the world it seems if you peruse their lucky numbers offerings. Some countries on there I can honestly say I have never heard of.
I wonder what they pay in royalties? I would bet the figure is not a whole number nor is it divisible.

Think they just offer odds on the outcomes?
UK bookies do the same but don't take on the lottery( license agreements)
Numbers are huge
Way bigger than racing in South Africa
