Always had high expectations for Silken Summer, but something not right there - and hesitant to play on a wet track.

Cristian - the talk of the town in first, and it seems money is already down. Interesting to see how good this one is :)

Will take the time off today, heard one or two comments about the track being "very cut up".

Maybe I follow your suggestion.

The unchained Buckeye can go in at 11/2 - I also fancy Seattle Swing with the 4kg off but not at 4-1

Maybe the sire can upgrade the mare because the other two siblings on formgrids were born show-jumpers with not a place between them.

I will probably just follow for the interest, but no wagering , since it's most frustrating when the fancied horses just cannot kick on in the end - due to the track. Unless - i can find a fancied runner which happens to be a waterbaby :)

Why does a fancied runner only have to be a waterbaby? Much better to find a roughie that likes the soft ground. Race 2 Fly Peg Fly is a good e/w in my opinion.

My temperament wouldn't stand relying on mud only, at this track there isn't much data on wet trackers - imo something akin to roulette.
