Last time out, Party Crasher from a wide draw tried to get in early but had no option but to drop out to the rear of the field, however still ran a creditable second. From a decent draw tomorrow, I make her the one they all have to beat tomorrow.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Cheyne making the trip on a Sunday

4 mounts but he's retained to ride Emma's Oracle

Probably a fair bet

Not sure you should read too much into it Bob, pretty sure Cheyne even made a trip to Bingo once on a Monday to ride a couple of complete no-hopers... :P

Race 4: We have dropped Final Judgement down in trip. She drew in the bush for the Garden Province so we opted not to run her there. We had her in the Champions Cup, but that looks a bit too strong on the weight conditions against the top older horses Capt America and Marinaresco. This race will give an indication of our options next season in CT. She is fresh and well, but not sure if she will have the pace against the speedsters, but there is no doubt that she has the class. Elusivenchantment is possibly better over 1000m, but I make her the one to beat. The race is quite competitive, with all of Miss Varlicious, Isingamoya, Old Em and Trippi's Girl in with a shout at the weights.

Race 5: Ideal Winter gets 4kg off- I don't know much about the rider but if he's competent then she should go close. There is not much between Party Crasher and Onesie and they are the class fillies. Field of Light has a chance at the weights.

Race 6: Last Winter has done nothing wrong and still has huge scope for improvement- he should win again. Carbon Offset and Master n Commander are the dangers.

Yes Englander you right he went to Flamingo to ride for Kotze(who I have never heard of again)and won with two or three of his horses backed from huge odds into favorites and they won.Betting coup of note.Don't think a review was ever opened into the betting moves.Really makes me wonder how badly horse racing is policed in this country.Cheyne had never ridden in Flamingo before and goes up for those heavily backed rides and wins. The trainer I don't think trains anymore. He made his money and got out.
