Played my greyville bets early when prices opened.I had no idea track was changed as I was out on Friday..I go today to randburg to cash my tickets and been told they loosing bets...I asked why and was told u had to be in store to cancel it bets other wise it stood..bunch of ARSEHOLES...surely if all clicked they would have said null an void....who the fuck sits in a tote late these days and wait for emails...Hollywood big up refunded me on 4 legs winning. Wsb too good to be true....fuckers!

i have said it 500 times on here and will say it again that basic rules and regulations must be written on the back of every betting ticket but nobody is listening as normal

I asked WSB to respond told me they are raging with the KZN Bookies society

They received this

Betdata customers take note that all bets on the 3 Greyville races moved from the turf to the poly are with a run and shall stand.
No new fields are necessary and deductions due to scratchings will apply.

Stating rule 6.5 of their rules

Then when asked to respond on rule 6.6 they said no need to null and void

100% KZN bookies fault

Not sure how the other bookies that null and void will stand if you represent a winning ticket and tell them to ask KZN bookies society

All this proves is that the staff at WSB are morons themselves,as clearly they don't know the rules.

Surely someone with the time and inclination can't lose this if taking the case to the Gambling Board

That is not the punters fault.

If they won't pay,as the ticket holder I would definitely take it to the gambling board.

Whoevers fault it may be,it's certainly not the punters.

The races that was priced up on the turf was races betting with a run and not ante post betting therefore the races are null and void. Refer to rule 6.2

Their interpretation is incorrect.

Bob they are referring to races for ante post in 6.6. You are entitled to a full refund. See rule 6.2
