Competent managers identify problem areas and install corrective action to rectify the situation. Gold Circus know about the problem, have "acted" upon them and clearly have not had the ability to rectify.

It is not good enough to "show" what the problem is. We all know what the problem is. We as racing stakeholders expect those in charge to come up with workable solutions.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the grass will become slippery. A grass pull up area at the end of a polytrack. Whoever thought of that is a genius.....NOT!!!!!

Try going for a jog on the road, pavement in the wet and have to step on the grass to avoid pedestrians !
