I looked at that Cape Derby run - look at how bad that form is(14 starts only one win ) - he will be thumped by Al Sahem and Heavenly Blue over any distance - Just compare that race with It's My Turn's year - 4 direct winners next start.

I'm a specimen guy and not so much a form guy especially since 3 year olds improve throughout the year. I don't think Horizon is top class but I still think he could be competitive.....

Perhaps he needs gelding....... :whistle:

That was my thought after he made his debut but I suppose at about 2.5 mil a ball it would not be something the owner would consider as he could win a graded staying Handicap at some point unless he gets too thick before that...

Shame that mare was owned by Anthony Maroun who raced all the babies - I think she was the most expensive horse his dad ever trained if I remember correctly maybe 650k ..now it looks like he sold her and she throws something special
