I have seen some rubbish run in Dubai BUT BELLA JET is even beneath that and my suggestion is DONT SPEND THE CASH ON SENDING IT OVER. Maybe try racing it on the sub continent or seychelles but definately not in JHB and mosty certainly not in DUBAI
