These are my several deposits of R500 done on the 03/03/2017. After them requesting Proof of Payment again of which I submitted at a cost then stood in a call waiting for over 15minutes. This still remains unresolved. However after requesting that the POP be sent they said they still cannot do anything until payment reflects on the statement. So my question is why request All 7 POP to be resent and I must incur costs for this including phone calls. The deposit that was transacted at 20:36PM on the 03/03/2017 still has not been credited to my account. Really disappointed with the service.

Well transparency is always good, I would like to mention that the problem did not lie with the customer and also not with Hollywood Sports Betting. The problem was with FNB, whom put the money into a verification account, awaiting approval. This is what Patrick, myself and my Private Banker found out. Thanks again to Patrick and Dev. And thanks for putting me into the VIP list.

So now you should out the bank. Banks are the biggest crooks and will hold onto your money for as long as possible even if to make a penny interest. Savings account interest 1% credit card interest 24% go figure
