UK/Ireland/Dubai Friday
8 years 4 months ago - 8 years 4 months ago
R1 Chepstow Big Chip And Pin small E/W @80/1. Am posting this tonight as the price is likely to have collapsed by post time. This is an 8-runner novice hurdle which will be won by either The Worlds End (probably) or Testify (quite possibly). That leaves six 'no hopers' who are priced between 20/1 and 100/1. I think the selection is by some way the best of these and can win the race for third (80/1 is still widely available at the time of posting). Be careful, though, as if there is a non-runner, UK and Irish bookmakers will only pay two places and there would be no appeal in backing Big Chip And Pin then.

Thanks, Dave. I've only had a small bet so far myself as I'm worried about the risk of a non-runner. Assuming I can still get 80s (and that's far from certain), I shall be having some more on tomorrow if all eight stand their ground.

Specific Gravity 6.30 and Easy Boy 7.00 in Dundalk are getting backed already , currently 9/1 and 4/1.
I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy !!!!!!!
