Just an observation, MDK yard used to step out their bombs racing fit, win first time out and we're ready to jump straight into features thereafter if they were good enough. You just get the feeling that now they seem to need their first 2-3 runs...

The yard is living off successes of the past. The yard might not have the numbers of the past but they have horseflesh that any other trainer would dream to train.

Tarry and Snaith have left them for dead and Janse van Vuuren seems to have more ability.

Not sure what's happening with the racing however u laddies have short memories MDK is a legend in SA and overseas and if Justin and Shawn posted here they would agree

Manny Paquiano is also a legend but he is certainly not what he once was. I stick by my assessment Dave. I do remember the glory years almost like they were yesterday.
