I am at a disadvantage as you know who I am but I don't know who DILLIGAF is...perhaps you would enlighten me ?

Anyway, more about me. My stable rental is not the issue. What is important is that I am no different to all other Trainers in that I do the following -.
1 ) I punt on the tote.
2 ) I bring Owners into Racing who then pay for racehorses which run in races, thus creating about R8Bn in turnover per annum. So, I am part of the Sales force of Racing.
3 ) Whether an Owner pays me or not, I am liable for all of my costs, including stable rentals.
4)I have been doing this for more than 25 years.
5) I provide jobs for 26 previously disadvantaged people. These people hail from the impoverished areas of Eastern Cape, some of whom grew up as goat herders, have never attended ONE days school and cannot speak any other language other than their native Xhosa. They love Racing and I am proud to work with them.
6) I own racehorses.
Please put me in my place by telling me what exactly your involvement in racing is.... And what you actually do for and in racing...
As stated in another thread my name is Doug Greyling. I have no involvement in the industry.

My involvement was when I was as a tote operator during my student days and I know somebody that was directly involved, pre-Gold Circle days.

I bounce things off him to get some information.
