I have searched repeatedly for replays of this horses runs/big wins. Could never find anything.

He was , after all, SA,s first equine millionaire. Its a pity that there is so little footage available of this remarkable horse.

For Sure: Imperious Sue 1998 (David Payne)

I think these were Natal based trainers at the time,

La Fabulous 1996 (Vaughn Marshall)
Zebra Crossing 2006 (N Bruss)

And when Martial Eagle won it was stable with Drier before it moved to Yogas.

Before my time as I was only 12 but was watching races on TV by then. I think Rolands Song was the first filly/mare to reach a million.

That must be was Star Effort, but I still think Rolands Song was the first filly unless it turned five.
