please assist, i have had my banking details loaded and verified yesterday by 2pm.
24 hours laters today and 10 dropped calls when you press option 1 for withdrawals i have had no joy in getting my money.it aint millions but the fact is i have other betting accounts and those withdrawlas reflect within 15 min when i withdraw.
i recently opened up this account with all the good raves i got from friends and family but i see it differently now by this experience
i have gotten through on my 11th attempt and was told it will be done and that was 11.45am...tilll now nothing.
please assist as i never thought it will be this difficult to cash up your winnings.

That's strange. Usually very prompt... however is done after banking hours it should reflect the next morning

Please also send me the phone number you called so we can find out to why your call was not answered, as this is a major concern for us. Thank you and apologies for the delayed turnaround time. Depending on banks, we do tell clients there is a 24 hour turnaround from when the transaction is processed.

the number in question is 031 3340715 thats the number i taken of teh website...it rings for a day and a half with people only transferring you ...it rings and then dropped.
