Some fine racing today.
R3 Cheltenham Knockanrawley E/W. Can race lazily and is a hard ride, but is as tough as they come and with the rain now starting to get into the ground at Cheltenham, a slog like this will be right up his street. Has run well fresh in the past and can go well here at an appealing 14/1.
R4 Cheltenham Cloud Creeper small E/W. Is very consistent, likes this track and won't mind any softening of the ground. Could sneak into the frame at a big price and is worth a small E/W punt at 50/1.
R5 Cheltenham Dark Spirit E/W. Very consistent and talented mare who won well here on her seasonal debut under today's rider. Likes soft ground and can make the first four at least at a very nice 11/1.
R5 Wetherby Bollin Ace. No E/W here, this is a straight win bet. Ran a cracker on his hurdling debut two weeks ago behind a very smart and experienced winner (wasn't knocked about). Meets nothing of that standard here and should be able to win this. 7/4 is a great price.
