Exactly ...............and better defined!

For example,is it a given that swearing on a Tellytrack interview is "Improper" or constitutes "bad behaviour" anymore............ language content of TV programmes has changed dramatically over the last few years,so that is now surely a matter of opinion ...................if you don't want swearing, say so ...................don't leave verdicts to subjective interpretation!

I agree - I would also implement barrier trials in the rules - Rather let a horse that is going for a run over a distance not suitable, or coming back from a rest, have a trial with similar types than take it's place in a race where the punter has no idea about fitness or stable intention. I also think there should be a fixed sanctions for offences and published sanctions in place for repeat offenders that the public are aware of. Lots more changes needed though.

The one thing that seems to be unanimous,is that the rules need an overhaul .................that includes from people like Graeme Hawkins who has conceded the point ....and Robert Bloomberg, who I am sure is now having fun with the crappy rules they wouldn't let him change...lol.
It is high time for a round table discussion on local racing (including regulation and rules) BUT it is important that they recognise that general racegoers and punters are stakeholders too and need to participate............................................Oh well we can dream!!!!!!
