With help from Bob, was trying to remember the name , , Zarkava was the one they bred the ultimate racehorse and would have won everything else imo and they sent to stud to breed the ultimate horse when they actually had it

Interesting, most of the highest rated horses in this country were sprinters.

9 years 10 months ago - 9 years 10 months agoNo I'm sure V Club was higher - I think What a Winter would have beaten Captain Of All more often than not and SHEA SHEA also (look at how many times WAW beat Copper Parade in his prime and Captain beat this guy barely at the end of his career)Craig Eudey wrote: Golden Loom the highest rated horse in SA recent history?

9 years 10 months agoDual Grade 1 winner. Also the longevity of his career. Buddy was never shy to run his horses as often as possible, irrespective of the weight they carried and the penalties they would incur. Tribute to him that most of his sprinters are on this list.Craig Eudey wrote: Golden Loom the highest rated horse in SA recent history?

Variety club earned an international cast iron rating of 125 and at one point last year was joint highest rated horse on the planet..
was only rated 118 in SA i think, hence not on this list
