Only a very small field for Sundays Prix d'Ispahan at Longchamp (max 5 runners) but a mouth watering match between Cirrus Des Aigles and Solow is on the cards ..

Cirrus rarely lets you down and will provide a great test for Solow. I do think that Solow has what it takes though and expect the win.

A horse I really rate, Gailo Chop.. Shouldnt be discarded, and I'll have a punt on this.. Beat Western Hymn comprehensively in a group 2, cirrus then ran behind western hymn at Ascot.. Only worry is that its his 1st outing of the season, but a horse to watch..

Solow easy winner! But Gailo not disgraced in 2nd for 1st run this season.. Prince of Wales' stakes for GC, should be fitter..

This is why Cirrus Des Aigles wasn't more competitive. It has to be said though, that Solow would have won anyway.
