MJ THRILLER to win at Turffontein 24th May?

Mj Thriller, once owned by John Finlayson(Oscar) and for a time The Freeracer Syndicate(Which included MAGI)- returns to the venue of his last racecourse victory next week Sunday.
Re-homed by the Shams after retiring from racing in early 2013, the gelded son of Captain Al competes in Event 1. The .80m event is one of 10 that will take place at Turffontein Racecourse next week. Mj, a four-time-winner, will be partnered by Kelly-Anne Gilbertson. The pair will also compete in event 3 which is also at the .80m level.
Entrance to the event is free and jumping will start at around 8h30 and will be held in conjunction with a Turffontein Inside meeting. The feature race is the SYRINGA HANDICAP, a listed event with stakes of R150 000. A great idea to bring the kids along as though they might not yet have the Racing bug, the show-jumpers, many who are teenagers and young adults, should perk their interest.
