I opened an account at Betting World yesterday.

The registration & subsequent FICA process was handled within minutes.

I then experienced a problem in connecting to the live stream.

My first call to the helpline was not encouraging. After a lame and patently obvious attempt to bullshit me citing 'technical issues' and get me off the line the connection was severed. Abruptly.

I called back and was connected to Charlene who undertook to get back to me. Which she did within 2 minutes. She advised me that I had been connected and asked me to test my connection. It was workingly perfectly.

Thank you, Charlene.

Now please, Betting World, check your recorded call from me ( 08/05/2015 @ 12:25 ) and send the staff member concerned back for re-training or, better still, re-deploy him to the ruling party where his idea of 'service' should fit in snugly.

Curious which Region it was, The National Support line are a bunch of useless people most times.
I use to get great service when phoning the W Cape offices for bets and account queries.

I also registered, had a problem, called them and they sorted out in 10 minutes.
