Lizard island stallion serious question

My understanding was that the stallion that MRS Plattner owned came from OZ.

Then how is it possible that a 2 year old is running in OZ with the same name.

Is Lizard Island not a reserved name?

Does Racing SA have any working relationship with OZ racing?

It is only the very great horses whose names cannot be repeated. Renaming horses who have identical names with other horses eg stallions, mares, current racers, even champions have respective suspensive conditions linked to time. I am sure that Lizard Island does not fall into the category of "great" even if a sire.
