What do you look for when picking winners ?

How do you select your winners ?
Few things I look at First, what's your most important handicapping pointers
No particular order but how many ticks before you can claim a banker ?
1: past form/video replays ( unlucky in the run, things merit ratings don't show )
2: track and draw and trip
3: Jockey/trainer
4: Conditions/going
5: Surface
6: opponents ( dodgy favourite or unproven stayers , horses running over new trips)
7: betting support
Anything else ?

Though they can be "deceptive", times.
For me personally, on the sand but, for others, particularly in maidens, breeding. If anyone has a list or note of decent poly mums, dads etc I'd be very grateful for a name or two...
Odditites... think it was Muhti who mentioned (arm lol) a course debutant at Bingo not so long ago where the former trainer had retained part-ownership (hard to pick up though unless you have the eagle-eye for such things).
Collateral form
Excuses for "poor" runs
Bass/Ramsden comments
Not necessarily for "bankers"

Just look at what tipsters say. They claim to be raking in the loot.
