not 5 min b4 thte off ?
Like Singapore at times the tote place is paying more than
the tote win on the same horse

Bigger pool liquidity is good for everyone, players and operators.
What is important though is that the co-mingled component needs to be reflected from early enough to make pricing moves more transparent well before the off.
Last minute additions leads to price distortions and unhappy players which will devalue a really good initiative.
