sale price of horses differ in c.form to w.form

why do the sale prices of horses differ from the winning form to computaform?it happens all to often for example todays first race daenerys cf says 12k and wf says 60k then Tuesday 1st pmb beluga cf says 100k and wf says 400k....the cf has ninefold who runs in the first today at 800k but w.f has no price ...like rob faux says we pay 30rand for the new cf and I question their accuracy

could it be one sale price then re offered at another sale to get a sales race entry?
