Race 8 I sense an upset.. If things don't go right for Ertijaal. Correct in saying this is his minimum trip. He is definitely the best horse in the race but could get caught out if he get's caught wide & doesn't ping the gates.

This is a classy line up and can just about go field if Ertijaal is just short of his best.

However I won't be backing on an upset as I have praised and followed him since his sensational debut win.

Bob, no more rain in Alberton since around 11:00 yesterday morning. Rain is predicted though.

Carry On Alice at 18/10 is my best bet of the day. Classy sprinter and not disgraced over 1600 last time. If the travelling hasn't effected her she will win this race.

Race 5, have a look at Lertasha (7/1), think she is a massive runner based on the weight turn-around with quite a few here. Think she will start at shorter odds come race time.

Siren's Call prep for this race has gone perfectly, and she came out of the Guineas run very well. We think that she will enjoy the extra 200m. Only 10 runners go to post, but a strong field as befits a Gr 1 contest. She is a big runner and must be included in all bets.
