It makes a difference to what distance you go with a horse who goes in the wind. If I knew about the operation at ANY TIME in his career, I don't punt him over a mile.

Jet Master had 2/3 wind ops. That horse of Dennis's that has won 2 out of 3(cannot remember its name, Sea something I think) also had an op. I think if it works well you ok to punt them. Just have to watch each horse post op.
