IMO it cannot be called Interprovincial if you do not have proper representation of all the racing centers in SA. Yes i get that other jocks are of higher calibre than PE jocks but why sacrifice a whole team for the sake of one jock who could not quite make the cut in his respective province? If anything it should inspire jockeys to be more competitive and not take rides for granted. Think of it as being an athletics meeting, so E.Cape will not be invited to this meeting so as to accomdate the second string athletes from other provinces? If thats the case rather call it a tournament for the elite only and not an interprovincial?

Interprovincial means having the best riders from each province to compete.

Doesn't make sense to exclude the PE riders that work extremely hard.

Remember this should be about the best riders in each province hence Interprovincial
