This is simply going over ground covered on other threads so little point in repeating the pro-transparency comments. All the points raised here "doubting" the benefit of transparency have largely been responded to previously and imho the "doubts" etc are hugely outweighed by the pros. Simply go read the Bass, Ramsden, Sham etc comments and tell me that you would prefer not to have them and that they are of no benefit. This is not (necessarily) about making huge profits, it is often about not suffering a huge loss because "knowledge" is not passed on. One repetition, for the millionth time, owners can have the opening price, thereafter information can be given to the public. what's the problem?

Obviously, Greek to you and me Rob. Perhaps Pirates can also enlighten us on how the Jockey selections for a Horse works ?

I have no idea leseding im just learning about racing from all the fundis on here ..paying my school and varsity fees and hopefully will see some light at the end of the tunnel
