National Responisblie Gambling and Tellytrack

have a question?
I was watching TT coverage of Dubai tonite.
The studio presenter suggested because it is payday that there is no reason NOT NOT to get involved in tonites racing.
So my question is
When is it marketing spling splong and when is it reckless comment that falls foul of the responsible gambling ethos.??

I would suspect there is nothing wrong with this as many businesses advertise more towards the end of the month to capitalize on that rich period. Just look at all the "booze specials" that you find in your local newspaper in December. Punters can make up their own minds how to spend their money - No difference to when the Lotto announces a mega carryover and people flock to the machines - I will say that if the presenter says "It's the middle of the month and I know the cupboards are bare so a very good reason to take that last monkey and try to win grocery money" then that would be a leading statement that would promote bad gambling habits - Best to loose money when you have it not when it's almost gone.
